This ensures that landlords receive timely certificates to provide to tenants upon request as well as peace of mind that all heating equipment within the home is safe and fit for purpose.
The Gas Safety certificate, also known as a CP12, must include an inspection of all appliances before we issue a pass / fail certificate.
